Anyone interested in hosting a Woman Safe seminar at their workplace should please speak with Sempai Dinnan to make arrangements. These are terrific seminars that are focused on self defense for women.

 

TSK Bag Gloves are required for all TSK Core classes.

 

All children and kids are required to bring a copy of their report cards to Sensei.

 

There is currently an interest list for Bag Classes on Monday and Thursday at 1:00pm. Please sign up if you are interested.

 

NOTE: The school will be closed on Saturday March 20, 2004.

 

The next NBBF wood breaking seminar will be held on March 25, 2004:

 

4:00pm-5:30pm – Non-NBBF Members under the age of 13.

5:30pm-7:00pm – NBBF Members Only under the age of 13.

7:00pm-9:30pm – Members and non-members over the age of 13.

 

You must register for a wood breaking seminar at TSK Stamford and you must order your wood from the NBBF no later than March 19, 2004.

 

March 28, 2004 will be the next NBBF Extreme Breaking Challenge. See the NBBF site for more information.

 

There will be another child safe class held on Sunday April 4, 2004 at 11:00am and 12:30pm. Please sign up at the front desk.

 

The next black belt test will be held on Sunday, April 18, 2004 at 10:00am at the Rex Plex in Elizabeth, NJ. Come out and support your fellow students.

 

Please remember the following school rules:

 

·        Arrive early for class so that you can start class on time.

 

·        Please wear a clean uniform and be considerate of your fellow classmates, if you need to shower before class, please do so.

 

·        Bring your card onto the mat at the beginning of each class and pick up your card in the out basket when leaving.

 

·        Do not wear jewelry (watches, rings, necklaces, earrings etc.) of any kind on the mat. It is a safety hazard for both you and your partner.

 

·        Please do not leave personal belongings such as jackets or shoes in the lobby. Place all personal belongings in the locker room.
